After having signed Anthony Gordon and Karim Adeyemi a few weeks ago, FC Barcelona are quite close to announcing two more signings, as they have already reached agreements for the Manchester City midfielder Rodri Hernandez and the Al-Hilal fullback Joao Cancelo.

In fact, as Mundo Deportivo has reported, the Spanish midfield star is already in the city of Barcelona, as he looks to complete his transfer and undergo medical tests with his new club. At the airport, he was welcomed by representatives from several media outlets, who were all keen to speak to him.

Ultimately, the Spaniard spoke a few words to the media, and already expressed his high ambitions with his new team:

He is now already in Barcelona to finalize his signing, and for this purpose, he will undergo medical tests today, on Tuesday. The club is looking to officially announce his signing on the same day, but reports indicate they might present him to the fans on Wednesday, on the occasion of the Joan Gamper Trophy game at the Spotify Camp Nou, against Al-Ahly.
