Rodrigo Mora a champion at 18: “No words for what I feel”

FC Porto are the new national champions. This means that Rodrigo Mora, one of the promising talents to come through Porto’s academy, has seen his dream come true at the age of 18. In a post on social media, the midfielder shared an emotional message.

“We are national champions. There are no words to describe what I’m feeling. It is the culmination of a lot of hard work and the fulfilment of a dream I’ve had since childhood. At 15, I made my debut for the B team, at 17, I made my debut for the first team, and at 18, I am a national champion. The champion is blue and white, Portugal is blue and white. See you at Aliados!”, he wrote.
