He joined aged nine and over 10 years grew as both player and person, carrying the club’s values and a strong northern identity wherever he goes. FC Porto remains the club of his heart.

Mora made his B team debut at 15 under coach Folha, then on 25 September 2024 made his first-team debut aged 17. His childhood dream was fulfilled by becoming national champion and celebrating on Avenida dos Aliados.

The farewell praised members and supporters for their daily passion, describing them as the club’s soul and underlining the responsibility of wearing blue and white.

It concluded that life moves on and it was time to part, with Mora departing full of gratitude. Samu reacted by posting a photo with his former team-mate on social media, accompanied by a broken heart emoji.
