Rodrygo Gets 9, Bellingham With 8.5 | Real Madrid Players Rated In Solid Win Vs Sevilla

Real Madrid entertained Sevilla at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a win at home in the Premier League. Los Blancos made a decent start to the game and scored the opener in the 38th minute when Jude Bellingham found the back of the net. Xabi Alonso’s men went into the half-time break 1-0 up on the scoreline.
Marcos Teixeira was sent off by the referee in the 68th minute before Kylian Mbappe killed the game off from the penalty spot in the 86th minute. The match ended with Real Madrid earning a solid 2-0 win at the Bernabeu.
Let’s take a look at how each Real Madrid player fared during the clash against Sevilla.
Courtois made a lot of important saves at the back and secured a well-deserved clean sheet tonight.
RB: Raul Asencio – 7/10
He was solid when defending inside his half and was a strong presence in the air.
CB: Antonio Rudiger – 6.5/10
Rudiger cleared the danger when he could and won a couple of aerial duels.
CB: Dean Huijsen – 7.5/10
He gave a good account of himself on the defensive end of the field and was good on the ball.

LB: Fran Garcia – 7/10
Garcia managed to shine at times on both halves.
CM: Arda Guler – 6.5/10
He earned possession back once and made some inviting chances in the final third.
CM: Aurelien Tchouameni – 7/10
Tchouameni was a positive influence at both ends of the pitch.
CM: Jude Bellingham – 8.5/10
He came back to defend when needed and was a real menace in the final third. Bellingham managed to score the opening goal in the 38th minute.
RW: Rodrygo – 9/10
Rodrygo caused all sorts of problems for his marker and has got an assist to show for his efforts.
ST: Kylian Mbappe – 7.5/10
He was a constant threat in the final third and managed to double Real Madrid’s lead in the 86th minute.
LW: Vinicius Junior – 8/10
Vinicius Jr. made a few excellent runs with the ball in the final third, but there was no goal for him.
