Roma and Hull City locked in race for Kvernadze | OneFootball

Frosinone’s Giorgi Kvernadze is one of the most sought-after players at the moment.

The Georgian winger, who has made an excellent start to the season, has reportedly attracted the attention of several Italian and international clubs.

Among the clubs reportedly interested are Roma, who have already been linked with the player, as well as Fiorentina and Napoli.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Neapolitan club also sent scouts to the Stirpe Stadium for the match against Como to closely monitor the player’s performances.

There’s also reportedly interest from abroad: in particular, Hull City, a newly promoted club to the Premier League, is reportedly considering knocking on the Ciociaria’s door for the Georgian talent.

The English club signed Robinio Vaz from Roma on loan with an option to buy in the summer. A potential move for Kvernadze is expected in January, with the Giallorossi remaining interested and Gasperini continuing to press for the right-footed left-back, whom he has sought for over a year.
