Roma inquire about Lecce striker Nikola Krstovic

With Gian Piero Gasperini’s arrival, Roma are planning to reinforce the attack and satisfy the coach’s technical demands for the striker position.

The Giallorossi are preparing their transfer moves ahead of preseason which is scheduled to kick off around 10 July.

As the future of Eldor Shomurodov and Artem Dovbyk remains uncertain, Roma are expected to bring in at least one additional striker this offseason.

One of the profiles the capital club have already made inquiries for is Lecce’s Nikola Krstovic, reports La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 25-year-old Montenegrin forward is coming off an impressive season in Serie A with 12 goals and 5 assists.

His profile is considered interesting for costs and characteristics: young, physical, accustomed to Serie A and with room for growth.
