Roma’s transfer window is about to heat up.
While sporting director Massara is focused on the team’s attack, with Raspadori, Zirkzee, and Robinio Vaz in his sights, Gasperini is also looking for players in other areas, especially defense.
One of the names being closely monitored is Radu Dragusin, a former Juventus and Genoa defender currently playing for Tottenham Hotspur.
According to today’s edition of Il Messaggero, the Romanian defender is Roma’s top priority to strengthen Gasperini’s backline.
A definitive response is expected tomorrow from Spurs, who are seeking to sell the player permanently.
However, Roma have put forward a loan offer with an option to buy, which could become mandatory if he reaches a certain number of appearances.
In addition to Roma, RB Leipzig are also interested in Dragusin, while Fiorentina currently appears more distant.
