Roma has refused to sell any player deemed important by Gian Piero Gasperini by June 30th.
On July 13th, the Giallorossi team will gather at Trigoria and, barring any surprises and those involved in the World Cup, the coach will reunite with all the players who helped him secure third place in his first year in the capital.
The Giallorossi coach came to Rome to win, the players know it, and the bar will have to be raised this season. The club has also been warned.
The contract renewals of Paulo Dybala, Zeki Celik, and Lorenzo Pellegrini are expected in the coming days.
As Corriere dello Sport reports, the players, after the victory in Verona, made a promise: “We’re all staying.”
This discussion also includes those who are no longer officially registered with Roma.
This refers to Dybala, Pellegrini, and Celik. The team and the coaching staff are one body, and together they believe that qualifying for the Champions League is just the first step towards something much bigger.
Gasperini came to Rome to win the Scudetto. He gave himself three years to try, and the second officially begins on July 13th.
