RB Leipzig duo Rômulo and Péter Gulácsi both trained individually on Sunday, the Bundesliga club have confirmed.
Both featured in training on Saturday morning, but had to finish the session early after complaining of issues. Rômulo reported feeling ankle pain following a challenge, while Gulácsi is struggling with a knee issue.
Antonio Nusa and Johan Bakayoko both continue to train individually, leaving Leipzig short in attack with Yan Diomande currently on Africa Cup of Nations duty with Ivory Coast, leaving Conrad Harder with the only recognisable forward available for Ole Werner.
Despite the four players training individually, Kicker report that there is no concern regarding the quartet being sidelined long-term.
RB Leipzig also confirmed that Lukas Klostermann isn’t a part of their training camp in Almancil, as the German defender is sidelined with an illness.
Twelve points behind leaders Bayern Munich, Leipzig start 2026 at St. Pauli on January 10.
