Manchester United head coach Ruben Amorim has provided an injury update on three players ahead of the Europa League clash against Bodo/Glimt at Old Trafford on Thursday.
Amorim was speaking to reporters days after United played out a 1-1 draw against Ipswich Town in the Premier League. It marked a disappointing start for Amorim, who was taking charge of his first game.
In his pre-match press conference, Amorim explained that Lisandro Martinez is ready to feature once more, but Harry Maguire won’t be available despite returning to first-team training at Carrington.
The Portuguese coach added that Leny Yoro has been working with the team too and the club are preparing for his return. He won’t be rushed back.
He told reporters (via Manchester Evening News): “Not Harry, Licha is ready. He didn’t stop too much time, so I feel he is ready. The situation is different to Harry’s.
“He [Yoro] is training. We believe a lot of him and we are preparing the best way to start with Leny.”

Martinez comes back into the team after a shaky start to the season. He will now need to get used to playing in a back three.
Amorim doesn’t have a lot of options to make changes to his defence, but we are expecting a slightly different back line against the Norwegian side.
We could see Martinez partner Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui in the heart of defence.
