Supporters have been warned to expect heavier demand on trains today as Walsall and Wolverhampton Wanderers play home friendlies.

Walsall will take on Notts County at Bescot Stadium from 3pm.

Wolverhampton Wanderers are set to face Racing Santander at Molineux from 5pm.

A West Midlands Railway spokesperson noted the Midlands double header and said services on the Walsall to Wolverhampton line may be busier than usual as fans head to the games.

Rail services between Birmingham New Street, Wolverhampton and Walsall will be busier than usual as supporters travel to and from both fixtures.
