PSV edged Utrecht 4-3 in Eindhoven as Ismael Saibari's brace and Couhaib Driouech's winner in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time kept the Eredivisie leaders on top.

Artem Stepanov struck in the third minute after a Niklas Vesterlund cross, and Gjivai Zechiël doubled the lead (13.). Ismael Saibari halved the deficit (21.) from Ivan Perišić's pass.

After the restart, Saibari levelled (48.) from Mauro Júnior's through ball before Guus Til steered the Boeren ahead (52.) from Saibari's pass. Jesper Karlsson equalised (82.) from Sebastian Haller's lay-off.

Joey Veerman then fed Couhaib Driouech to decide it in the fourth minute of second half stoppage time.

Matej Kovar made four saves as the Boeren withstood late pressure, notably from Yoann Cathline.

Eight minutes were indicated for added time, and the decisive strike arrived within that window.

The Boeren had 63.2% possession and 18 attempts, eight on target. Utrecht registered 12 attempts, with seven on target. Veerman leads the Eredivisie assists chart on 14 this season.

Next, the Boeren visit Sparta Rotterdam. Utrecht host Telstar.
