Sánchez returns to Castellón, Markanich loaned, Mamah joins Vanspor in Türkiye

El Periódico Mediterráneo reports that CD Castellón have welcomed Raúl Sánchez back from Necaxa, loaned Nick Markanich to Houston Dynamo until 31 December 2026, and sold Kenneth Mamah to Vanspor in Türkiye.

Castellón visit Ibercaja Estadio on 25 January at 18.30. Medical tests on Mario Soberón have identified an elongation in the soleus of his right leg.

His return will be phased and dependent on his recovery. Medical updates are published with the supervision and consent of the players concerned.

Head coach Rubén Sellés also has key absentees. Paulino de la Fuente faces several months out after a new operation, and Aleksandar Radovanovic has sustained a fractured sternum.
