Santos have acknowledged instability on the Sócio Rei platform during ticket sales for Sunday’s match against Coritiba at Neo Química Arena at 11:00 in the 16th round of the Campeonato Brasileiro. The club said in a statement that integration issues between the firms running member registration and ticketing caused the disruption.

The platform is split between 2morrow, which handles member sign-ups, plans and the start of sales, and NewC, which operates the stadium map and completes purchases.

The instability began in the early hours and continued through Wednesday. The club’s information technology and administrative departments monitored the situation and held meetings with technical leads from both companies.

Fans reported difficulty accessing the system from 6:00, and the in-person sales point in Vila Mariana, São Paulo, saw heavy demand. Queues stretched for several blocks, with some supporters waiting about four hours to buy tickets.

The club is pressing the companies for an immediate solution and may take further measures following the disruption to the sales process.
