Santos council to meet on Monday after Arena item dropped | OneFootball

Santos' Conselho Deliberativo will convene on Monday 23 March, but a planned update on negotiations with WTorre for the club's new Arena has been removed from the agenda.

According to Diario Do Peixe, with the Arena item withdrawn the schedule has been pared back to ratifying an Embaixada do Santos and the Medalha dos Peixeiros, to be awarded in honour of Sr. Carlos Henrique Paganetto Roma, in memoriam.

Even so, a tense session is expected, and the Arena could still be raised under item E, matters of interest to the club, where councillors typically register to question the president. SAF and the club's debts are also likely to be discussed.

The Ordinary Session will be held in hybrid format, online via www.zoom.us and in person at Rua Princesa Isabel, first floor, Salão Vidal Behor Sion. The first call is at 19:00 with a minimum quorum of one third of members, the second at 19:30 with any number.

The order of business lists five points, the reading, discussion and vote on the previous minutes, communications from the chair, homologation of the Embaixada do Santos, award of the Medalha dos Peixeiros, and general club matters.
