Santos face 10 expiring deals, with players free to sign pre-contracts from July and leave Vila Belmiro for nothing in December.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the senior list features left-back Gonzalo Escobar, midfielders Willian Arão and Tomás Rincón, and forward Neymar.
Escobar is Cuca's first-choice on the left and among the most used this season. With Vinícius Lira still out with a knee injury, he lacks a direct rival. Renewal talks have stalled.
Willian Arão has regained minutes after losing his place earlier in the year. He has featured regularly amid absences for João Schmidt, Christian Oliva and Gustavo Henrique.
Tomás Rincón's future is uncertain. The Venezuelan turns 39 next season and any stay into 2027 is being handled cautiously. He could depart before his deal ends.
Neymar's situation attracts most attention. Since returning, he targeted a return to the Seleção Brasileira and another World Cup, achieved after Carlo Ancelotti called him up. He is now focused on the tournament.
Santos want to keep him, yet his future is unresolved. The club expect a decision after the World Cup, while overseas clubs continue to monitor him.
Four others are contracted but loaned until season's end, Patrick at Remo, Hayner at Vila Nova, Nathan at Juventude and Andrey Quintino at Confiança.
Quintino renewed earlier this year and, at 23, is seeking senior minutes. Centre-back Alex Nascimento and forward Enzo Boer are out of the plans, training separately while awaiting decisions.
