Santos have agreed to loan left-back Kevyson to Ponte Preta until the end of the season. He will join the team coached by Marcelo Fernandes.
According to Diario Do Peixe, the defender was not in Juan Pablo Vojvoda’s plans and had been training at different hours at CT Rei Pelé before the move.
He becomes the eighth Santos player sent out on loan this season. Other moves include João Fernandes and Andrey Quintino to Confiança-SE, Luisão to Goiás and Enzo Monteiro to Chungbuk Cheongju in South Korea. Alex and Nathan are awaiting loans.
Kevyson has a contract with Santos until the end of 2027. After recovering from a left ACL and meniscus injury, he returned to action and was later loaned to Sport in 2025, making nine appearances.
He reappeared for Santos in a 3-1 home win over São Paulo on 1 February last year, then had minutes against Noroeste. He was an unused substitute for several Paulistão games and both Copa do Brasil ties with CRB.
In the Brasileirão he played only away to Grêmio, and was on the bench on multiple occasions. He also featured in friendlies with Coritiba and set up Hyan against RB Leipzig of Germany.
Born in Leopoldina, Minas Gerais, in March 2004, he joined Santos in March 2022 from Athletico-PR’s youth ranks, switching from midfield to left-back.
