Santos have named a 23-man squad for the clássico against São Paulo at Vila Belmiro on Wednesday at 20:00, in the second round of the Brasileirão.

According to Diario Do Peixe, Vojvoda’s staff have left Neymar Jr out due to the condition of the Vila Belmiro pitch. The main change is Tiquinho Soares back after recovering from a calf oedema, having even discussed terminating his contract.

Thaciano remains in transition after a right thigh oedema. Gustavo Henrique is sidelined with a right adductor muscle injury, and Willian Arão is out following kidney stone removal surgery.

Goalkeepers: Diógenes, Brazão. Defenders: Zé Ivaldo, Basso, Luan Peres, Adonis Frías. Full-backs: Vinicius Lira, Mayke, Igor Vinicius, Escobar.
