São Paulo prosecutors give Corinthians five days over Bear Security hired for Osmar Stabile | OneFootball

São Paulo public prosecutors have given Corinthians five days to submit Bear Security’s contract and authorisations, and to identify which of its staff protect Osmar Stabile.

UOL Esporte first reported the deadline. The office also wants duty rosters showing who guarded Stabile, when and where, plus details of steps the club took once the firm’s status was questioned.

The case file says Bear Security lacks a Federal Police licence for private security, and prosecutors have asked the Federal Police to open an inquiry.

Prosecutor Cássio Conserino said anyone who kept an unauthorised company in service could be held responsible if they failed to remove it. The document does not say who at Corinthians holds that duty, stressing the need to confirm what the club did after learning of the lack of authorisation.

Investigators also demanded the internal process behind the hire, identifying which departments approved it and how. The papers should set out how the deal was made and the exact scope of work, while rosters may show if guards acted for the club or for Stabile personally.

The probe began in May 2026 at Parque São Jorge, initially focusing on Mega Assessoria Operacional Ltda., used between September and October 2025. Conserino says the firm had no Federal Police licence or formal contract, and issued three invoices totalling R$ 676.6 thousand. In June he opened a PIC, expanding the inquiry to Bear Security and any role played by Osmar Stabile.
