Dave Tindall: Bruno Fernandes is possibly playing some of the best football of his career and he's going to form part of a big-priced Bet Builder. The Portuguese playmaker has been assisting more than scoring so far under Carrick but a goal is a matter of time and he has three in his last seven Premier League games when rewinding a little.
Solanke's return has given Spurs a much-needed focal point and the striker has four in four after his brace against Man City. Add in his time at Bournemouth and Solanke has five goals in his last five games against United and he scored three against them in a Spurs shirt last season.
Back both to score in a draw but play the Match Odds 90 draw as it would be heartbreaking to have that bet landing and then see one of these teams grab an extra-time winner - something that happens a lot in the Premier League.
Even though the 90-minute draw is 13/5 compared to the 18/5 full-time draw, the Bet Builder still pays 25/1. I also like Solanke in an anytime single at 5/2.
Mark Stinchcombe: Relegation six pointer at Turf Moor or is it too late for Burnley? After defeat at Sunderland on Monday night, they remain 11 points from safety having only collected 15 points from their 24 games after no wins in their last 15 Premier League games.
West Ham would have halved their six point deficit to Nottingham Forest had they held on to their 2-0 lead at Stamford Bridge but it was too much for them as they succumbed to defeat. However, at least they are scoring goals, with 10 now in their last six games, contributing to eight of their last nine going Over 2.5 goals, including all of their last six.
Burnley's recent games have also featured goals with eight of their last 14 seeing three or more goals. If the reverse fixture is anything to go with West Ham winning 3-2, I'm hoping there will be more goals than the odds suggest.
Mark O'Haire: We were the width of the woodwork away from landing a big fish with Yerson Mosquera to score last weekend and I'm eager to get involved with the big Colombian again when Wolves welcome Chelsea to Molineux. But instead of backing the brute to bag, it's well worth focussing on the Old Gold centre-half to continue his card collecting rampage.
The tenacious defender picked up a caution against Bournemouth last time out, his ninth booking in 13 starts. Amazingly, he's been carded in eight of his last 10 and is avergaing an outrageous 0.71 cards per-90 across the campaign. He's bound to be busy against a fluent Chelsea yet he's as big as 21/10 to be cautioned again.
That 21/10 implies a 32% chance of success but Mosquera's performances across his debut season in the Premier League season suggests that price should be much shorter.
The Opta Stat:
Four of Viktor Gyökeres' six Premier League goals for Arsenal this season have come against the promoted sides (3 vs Leeds, 1 vs Burnley). These four goals have come from just six shots (67% conversion rate), compared to just two goals from 29 shots against everyone else (7% conversion).
Alan Shearer: Newcastle were poor the last time they were at home against Aston Villa and were punished. This a tough one to call. Not many expected Brentford to beat Aston Villa in the manner they did. With Newcastle back at home with the St James' Park crowd, I'll say Newcastle to win.
However, the noise will get a lot louder if Newcastle don't win this one for both the team and Eddie Howe.
Jack Critchley: As expected, Birmingham have splashed the cash this January, and although this may raise a few eyebrows from fans of other Championship clubs, it appears to be money well-spent. The Blues were going stale, particularly on the road, and they needed an injection of fresh blood.
They produced a much better performance on the road last weekend as they eased past Oxford, who had been previously unbeaten under Matt Bloomfield. Jhon Solis and Ibrahim Osman have contributed straight away and Marvin Ducksch has benefited from having fresher legs around him.
Leicester's struggles continued with another error-strewn performance at home to Charlton. The Foxes couldn't recover from their man disadvantage, and have now failed to win any of their last four. They remain under temporary management, and despite some modest activity on deadline, it's hard to imagine that they'll have enough to take anything from this contest.
Alan Dudman:
I may have suggested, in a rather tongue-in-cheek way recently, regarding Liam Manning and his penchant for "LinkedIn language, but what shouldn't be mocked or looked at sideways are the results.
Manning's appointment since Lee Grant was sacked has seen a charge of three straight wins. The pair of 1-0s including one over Luton would have pleased Manning, likewise the three goals at Peterborough on Saturday with an 89th minute winner.
Again, like most of the top half teams in League One, Huddersfield play counter-attack football successfully, while Blackpool have lost five of their last six league games (L1), failing to score during a 1-0 loss to Luton last time out. It was the first time since November 29th that the Tangerines had failed to score in a League One.
Kevin Hatchard: Werder Bremen have been sliding towards the Bundesliga dropzone for a while, and after the weekend's 1-1 draw with Borussia Mönchengladbach, the northern giants fired coach Horst Steffen and replaced him with former Fortuna Düssledorf and Hamburg boss Daniel Thioune.
Thioune picks up the reins of a side that hasn't won any of the last ten Bundesliga matches, and while Steffen's attack-minded style proved too difficult for his players to grasp, Thioune must somehow find the right balance between attack and defence. He has a limited squad at his disposal, and quite frankly the heat should have been directed towards sporting director Clemens Fritz long before now.
Freiburg qualified directly for the last 16 of the Europa League, and in the Bundesliga they are just eight points off the top six. Coach Julian Schuster has done a magnificent job, seamlessly replacing the long-serving Christian Streich and continuing the club's recent tradition of overachieving in each and every season.
Remarkably, Freiburg haven't lost a home game since Matchday One of the Bundesliga season, and since then they have racked up ten competitive home wins and three draws.
We can get a price of 21/20 for Freiburg/Draw Double Chance and Over 2.5 Goals on the Sportsbook's Bet Builder. That combination has paid out in seven of Freiburg's last 13 home games in all competitions, and with 38 goals conceded in 20 league matches, Werder have one of the worst defensive records in the division.
