FC Bayern’s planning for the coming season is apparently already in full swing, and now a visitor to Säbener Straße is causing fresh speculation

On Thursday, a high-ranking official from the Saudi Pro League was spotted at Säbener Straße. As footage from Sky shows, Michael Emenalo paid a visit to FC Bayern

The former professional and current soccer director of the Saudi Pro League entered the Bayern headquarters in the afternoon. It is not yet known with whom the 60-year-old actually met and what topics were discussed

However, according to transfer insider Florian Plettenberg, Emenalo has a good relationship with Bayern’s sporting director Max Eberl. The two have known each other for many years and are said to hold each other in high regard

Two Bayern stars apparently in focus

The visit is now fueling speculation surrounding possible Bayern departures, as Sky reports that two players from the German record champions are in the Saudi Pro League’s sights: Minjae Kim and Alphonso Davies

Kim in particular has been the subject of rumors about a possible departure for weeks, as the South Korean is apparently not without controversy internally behind Jonathan Tah and Dayot Upamecano

Most recently, fussballdaten.de reported that Bayern would be willing to talk if a suitable offer came in. According to the report, Munich are expecting a transfer fee of between 35 and 40 million euros. There is apparently interest in Kim from Italy, England and Turkey

Davies is also causing discussions

Speculation is also rife regarding Alphonso Davies, who is currently out for several weeks with a muscle injury and may even miss the cup final against VfB Stuttgart

According to Sport1, Davies is now viewed more critically internally due to his susceptibility to injury and his high salary. kicker also reported that his future will be discussed at the next regular supervisory board meeting

Although it remains to be seen whether Emenalo’s visit is actually linked to potential transfers, one thing is clear: the Saudi Pro League continues to keep a close eye on the European market – and FC Bayern could once again play an important role.
