Schalke join several clubs pursuing Bodrum FK forward Habesoglu

Sportitalia journalist Lorenzo Lepore, has linked FC Schalke 04 with up and coming talent Ali Habesoglu this summer.

The newly promoted Bundesliga club are closely monitoring the striker, with Midtjylland and BSC Young Boys are also interested.

Trabzonspor, Le Mans FC, and Al Wasl are reportedly further along in the process and have submitted concrete offers.

Habesoglu, still under contract with Bodrum FK until 2030, scored twelve goals and five assists in the Turkish second division last season.

The right-footed 21-year-old Schalke is listed as a potential replacement for Edin Dzeko, who has not yet decided on his future.
