Schedule brings changes to training at CFA Laudo Natel

This Wednesday (20), the U-15 and U-17 teams resumed training at CFA Laudo Natel with a different schedule.

Starting with the younger group, after breakfast, the U-15 squad took part in an activity in the auditorium aimed at correcting mistakes and improving the team’s tactical understanding. The coaching staff presented plays from the last match for the squad to analyze.

Next, the work moved to the field. First, the players carried out finishing drills with attacking runs into space. Then, a collective organization exercise was developed, starting on a reduced-size pitch and ending on a full field, with drills focused on building out from the back.

After the U-15 activity in the auditorium ended, it was the U-17 team’s turn to take part in a talk emphasizing the image of the athletes and the institution. The club’s communications department held a media training session and a chat with the players about behavior, social media, and responsibility in communication.

On the field, the U-17 began training with specific offensive and defensive drills. In the second part of the session, an attack-versus-defense exercise was held in a 10×8 format, focused on offensive superiority.

In the afternoon, while the U-20 match was taking place, the younger age groups continued their technical development. However, one new feature stood out in the U-11 training session.

The players took part in a dynamic warm-up with changes of direction using the children’s game “duck, duck, goose.” The activity helped stimulate important abilities in a playful way, working on reaction, coordination, and competitiveness in a healthy and fun manner.
