NEC Nijmegen 1-1 Go Ahead Eagles at Goffertstadion, with NEC dropping from ninth to 11th in the Eredivisie table.

In the second minute, Perr Schuurs headed in from a Tjaronn Chery corner to give the hosts an ideal start.
