Scotland to base at Florida Blue Training Center before World Cup | OneFootball

Scotland will base themselves at the Florida Blue Training Center in early June as they step up preparations for the FIFA World Cup.

According to Inter Miami, the European side have been drawn in Group C with Brazil, Morocco and Haiti for what will be their ninth World Cup.

Head coach Steve Clarke said Inter Miami’s staff had been very accommodating and that the squad were looking forward to travelling as they increase their World Cup work.

Haiti, returning to the World Cup after 51 years, will face New Zealand on 2 June at Inter Miami CF Stadium, then play the first ever friendly at Nu Stadium against Peru on 5 June.

Türkiye will also meet Venezuela in a World Cup warm-up at Inter Miami CF Stadium on 6 June.

The Florida Blue Training Center has previously welcomed world champions Argentina, LaLiga’s Barcelona, the United States men’s and women’s national teams and other leading sides.

The 50,000-square-foot complex features six natural grass fields and one turf field, supporting professional and youth players.
