Everton are missing several players due to injuries, and the international break could not have come at a better time.

The Toffees will face West Ham at the London Stadium on Saturday in the Premier League, where they will be looking to return to winning ways.

Everton lost 1-0 at Southampton in their last league game, and they have a brilliant opportunity to bring back the positive feeling ahead of the international break.

Abdoulaye Doucoure and Iliman Ndiaye are fully fit once again, and they are likely to feature against West Ham.

Everton fans will be ecstatic to hear that Armando Broja is not too far away from making his debut for the Toffees.

The 23-year-old striker, who joined on loan from Chelsea in the summer, has yet to play a game for Everton due to a foot injury. Dyche hopes he will be available next month.

He said: “[He has been involved in training] in parts – he has basically been a floater, and that’s it – just to get a feel of the ball, and nothing other than that at this stage.

“It gives him a chance to get to know the players because he came in injured, which everyone knew, and he’s been working really well – putting a lot into his recovery with the sports science team – but just to give him a chance to be around the players on the pitch.

“The timing is great in terms of he’s getting there, but with the international break it’s difficult because everyone disperses again. But he is going to need a games programme, definitely.

“We’re getting him to the point of training – he’s not there yet, but next week we’re hoping he’ll be looking more likely.

“When everyone comes back in [from the international break], he will be in full training.”
