Sebastián Villa cleared of sexual abuse charges

Sebastián Villa, former Boca forward who currently plays for Independiente Rivadavia de Mendoza, was acquitted by the Justice in the case for "sexual abuse with carnal access" that had been against him since 2021 following a complaint by his ex-partner.

Both the prosecutor of the case and the complainant (Rocío Tamara Doldán) decided to drop the charges, and the Oral Criminal Court No. 4 of Lomas de Zamora determined to acquit the 29-year-old Colombian footballer.
