Selma Bacha has been ruled out of France’s double header against the Netherlands on 14 and 18 April because of a left calf injury.

She did not train with the squad on Thursday morning, and, according to L’Équipe, left the France camp in the afternoon to return to Lyon.

The two fixtures are part of qualifying for the 2027 World Cup in Brazil.

The Lyon left-back had already withdrawn from the previous France camp in February after a sprain to her right ankle.

Inès Benyahia, Ashley Lawrence, Tabitha Chawinga and Melchie Dumornay have remained in Lyon to receive treatment.
