Sereias da Vila face Corinthians at Canindé on Sunday 9 August at 16:00 in the 15th round of the Brasileiro Feminino A-1. According to Diario Do Peixe, the match will be shown live on SporTV.

The competition features 18 teams in a single round robin. After 17 rounds, the top eight advance to two-legged quarter-finals, and two clubs are relegated to Série A-2.

Quarter-finals are scheduled for 30 August and 6 September, the semi-finals for 13 and 20 September, and the final for 27 September and 4 October.

Each club receives a fixed R$ 720,000 in the first phase, plus R$ 20,000 for every first-choice national TV pick. Prize money is R$ 2 million for the champions and R$ 1 million for the runners-up, and from 2027 the CBF will require all players to hold professional contracts.
