Serge Gnabry signs new Bayern Munich deal until 2028 | OneFootball

Serge Gnabry has signed a new Bayern Munich contract running until 2028, the club said.

The 30-year-old has been contracted to the German champions since 2017.

Board member for sport Max Eberl said Gnabry has grown with Bayern and is a central figure on and off the pitch. He praised the winger’s hunger after winning everything with the club, calling him a role model who embodies Bayern.

Gnabry welcomed the extension, saying he is happy to play for Bayern for several more years and that talks were consistently positive. He noted he never imagined at the start that, by the end of this deal, he would have spent over 10 years at the club.

He spoke of a united squad that can achieve great things and cited the team, coaching staff, club, fans, city and environment among his reasons for staying. Gnabry added that he feels very comfortable at Bayern.
