Sérgio Conceição gave an interview to Gazzetta dello Sport; the Portuguese coach, currently at Al Ittihad, spoke about his relationship with Pinto da Costa.

«I had a phenomenal relationship with Pinto da Costa. When I arrived, FC Porto hadn’t won the title for four years. We brought in 600 million euros from player transfers and had good performances in the Champions League. We managed to eliminate several Italian teams, such as Juventus, AS Roma, and Lazio», emphasized the Portuguese coach.
