The Serie A 2024/25 fixture list was announced on Thursday, so Football Italia predicts which months will be most challenging for last season’s runners-up Milan.
Milan’s new season starts and ends at San Siro. The Rossoneri will begin with a home game against Torino on August 18 and finish in a Lombard derby against Monza on May 25.
The first derby della Madonnina is on Matchday 5, while the second meeting with their city rivals will take place at the start of February on Matchday 23 after the end of the January transfer window and the Supercoppa Italiana, in which both Milan and Inter will be involved.
So, what will be – on paper – the toughest part of the new Serie A season for the Rossoneri?
This will probably be the most challenging moment of the season for Milan. The year will end with a home game against Roma, while three of the opening five games of 2025 are against Cesc Fabregas’ Como and Juventus (both away) and Inter. End of March and start of April also look tricky with an away game at Napoli on Matchday 30 and home games against Fiorentina and Atalanta.
