Bologna head coach Vincenzo Italiano has been hospitalized due to pneumonia.

According to the club's official statement, his condition is gradually improving, but he is expected to remain under medical observation for about five days. As a result, he will likely miss the Europa League clash against FCSB on Thursday, as well as the Serie A fixture against Fiorentina on Sunday.
