Lois Openda is favourite over Jonathan David for a starting spot as the Juventus centre-forward against Roma, while Matias Soulé will lead the Giallorossi’s attack.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 GMT) at the Allianz Stadium in Turin.
It’s the big match of Serie A Round 16 between two teams fighting for a Champions League spot.
The Giallorossi sit fourth in the table, four points above fifth-placed Juve.
Teun Koopmeiners is suspended for the home side, while Dusan Vlahovic and Federico Gatti are injured.

Roma are without Evan Ndicka and Neil El Aynaoui, who are on international duty, and the injured Artem Dovbyk.
According to multiple sources, including Gazzetta and Sky Sport, Openda is favourite over David in the Juventus attack, while centre-back Gleison Bremer will return to the line-up for the first time in 84 days.
Roma’s Mario Hermoso is expected to be fit to start despite muscle fatigue, completing a three-man defence with Zeki Celik and Gianluca Mancini.
Former Juventus starlet Soulé will lead the Roma attack, while Evan Ferguson is favourite over another ex-Juventus star, Paulo Dybala, who is expected to be introduced from the bench.
You can follow Juventus-Roma live on DAZN in the UK and Ireland and on Paramount+ in the USA. Football Italia will be among the accredited media at the Allianz Stadium, providing live updates via a liveblog.
