Francesco Camarda starts up front for Lecce against Alberto Gilardino’s Pisa in an early relegation six-pointer in Serie A on Friday evening.

It is a matter of 17th vs.18th this evening, and with just three points separating the sides, level on goal difference, goals scored and goals against, the loser of tonight’s match will spend the next week in the relegation zone. Pisa will remain in the bottom three if tonight’s game ends level.

Two of Lecce’s league wins this season have come in their last five matches, against Fiorentina and Torino, while Pisa have only won once in Serie A so far this season: A 1-0 victory at home against Cremonese on November 7.

Lecce were beaten by Cremonese last time out in the league, and have made three alterations to their starting line-up from that game. Milan loanee Camarda starts at centre-forward in place of Nikola Stulic, with Riccardo Sottil called in to replace Lameck Banda on the wing. Corrie Ndaba starts over Antonino Gallo at left-back.

Pisa are without M’Bala Nzola for three matches after his completely unnecessary sending off against Parma last weekend. He is part of four changes made by Gilardino. Stefano Moreo starts at centre-forward, while Ebenezer Akinsanmiro, Isak Vural and Mehdi Leris come in to start in the midfield.

Kick-off is due at 19.45 GMT.

Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone; Ndaba, Gaspar, Gabriel, Veiga; Coulibaly, Ramadani, Berisha; Pierotti, Camarda, Sottil.

Pisa (3-5-2): Semper; Calabresi, Caracciolo, Canestrelli; Touré, Akinsanmiro, Aebischer, Vural, Leris; Moreo, Meister
