Romelu Lukaku, Giacomo Raspadori and Scott McTominay try to give Napoli a Scudetto boost, but Venezia are making themselves tough to beat.
It kicks off at the Stadio Penzo at 11.30 GMT.
Atalanta and Inter go head-to-head this evening, so with only three points separating these sides, Napoli are hoping to take advantage by leaping to top spot.
The only remaining absentee for Antonio Conte is David Neres, as Andre Frank Zambo Anguissa and David Neres are back on the bench after injury.
That means Billy Gilmour is again partnering McTominay in midfield, with Lukaku and Raspadori forming a strong bond upfront.

Venezia remain in the danger zone, but have turned a corner recently and made themselves very tough to beat, earning three consecutive draws against Lazio, Atalanta and Como.
John Yeboah is suspended, with Marin Sverko, Filip Stankovic and Michael Svoboda injured.
Gaetano Oristanio has also been struggling with flu symptoms over the last few days.
This is an important occasion for Alessio Zerbin, who joined Venezia from Napoli on loan in January, with an option to buy that becomes an obligation if they avoid relegation for €4m.
Venezia (3-5-2): Radu; Schingtienne, Idzes, Cande; Zerbin, Perez, Nocolussi Caviglia, Duncan, Ellertsson; Fila, Maric.
Napoli (4-3-3): Meret; Di Lorenzo, Rrahmani, Buongiorno; Politano, Gilmour, Lobotka, McTominay, Spinazzola; Lukaku, Raspadori
