Ruben Amorim will make his San Siro debut when Milan take on Venezia at home in Serie A on Friday evening, and he is unable to rely on Rafael Leao, who continues to be linked with a move away in the final week of the summer transfer window.
Amorim got his Serie A career off to a winning start with a 2-1 victory away against Torino last weekend thanks to goals from teenager Alphadjo Cisse and reliable midfielder Adrien Rabiot. Newly-promoted Venezia fell to a 2-0 defeat on home soil against Lecce last time out.

Pre-match reports from Sky Sport Italia indicate that the Rossoneri are unlikely to make any changes to their winning side, and that Cisse, Goncalo Ramos and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are still expected to lead the attack on Friday evening.
Christian Pulisic is unlikely to be included in the starting line-up this evening, but Amorim hinted during his pre-match press conference that he could be in line to earn his first minutes of the season off the substitutes bench.
Milan will be unable to call upon the services of former Serie A MVP Leao. The Portugal international is still being linked with a potential move to either Aston Villa or Galatasaray with just a few days of the summer transfer window remaining.

Luka Modric, Adrien Rabiot and Alexis Saelemaekers are expected to feature in the matchday squad and are pushing for places in the starting XI, but reports in Italy seem confident that Amorim is unlikely to change a winning side.
Despite their defeat against Lecce last weekend, Venezia are also unlikely to make too many changes to their starting line-up according to Saturday morning’s reports.
There will be a familiar name on the San Siro turf, as Filip Stankovic, son of former Inter midfielder Dejan Stankovic, is expected to start in goal for Venezia.
Kick-off is due at 19.45 BST.
