Antonio Conte is expected to confirm the same Napoli XI that beat Sassuolo last week, meaning that Lorenzo Lucca, Scott McTominay and Kevin De Bruyne will start against Cagliari.
It kicks off at 20:45 CET (19:45 BST) at the Stadio Maradona in Naples.

The defending Serie A champions can rely on a full squad, while Cagliari are without Boris Radunović and Leonardo Pavoletti.
Conte will likely pick the same formation that beat Sassuolo 2-0 on Napoli’s season debut last week, including Alex Meret in goal, Lucca in attack, McTominay and De Bruyne in midfield.

As per Sky Sport and other prominent Italian media, Cagliari will also confirm the same XI that secured a late draw against Fiorentina last week, with Sebastiano Esposito and Michael Folorunsho playing behind Gennaro Borrelli.
