Roma want to keep surging into the race for the top four and again use Artem Dovbyk with Matias Soulé, while Fiorentina have Moise Kean back alongside ex-Giallorossi man Nicoló Zaniolo.
It kicks off at the Stadio Olimpico at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT, 18.00 CET).
Claudio Ranieri has transformed the Giallorossi from hovering just above the drop zone to fighting for Champions League qualification.
They are unbeaten in Serie A during 2025 and are coming off a huge 1-0 victory away to Inter, so now this is a head-to-head for the top four.
Paulo Dybala’s season is over, so Roma stick with the 3-5-2 formation unveiled at San Siro last week, using Soulé wide, with Eldor Shomurodov partnering Dovbyk upfront and Bryan Cristante providing midfield solidity.

Fiorentina are torn between their Serie A chances and the Conference League semi-final, having lost the first leg 2-1 away to Real Betis on Thursday and preparing for the second leg next week.
Kean was initially on the bench in that game after a week out dealing with a family matter, but he returns to the starting XI here.
However, Albert Gudmundsson is rested in favour of Zaniolo, who is sure to receive a frosty reception facing his old club.
Cher Ndour steps in for injured Danilo Cataldi, while Luca Ranieri is suspended and Dodo still recovering from surgery for appendicitis.
Edoardo Bove is a Roma youth product, so expect him to receive a warm welcome, as he waits to see if he’ll be allowed to resume his playing career following cardiac issues.
