Serie A star is ‘crazy’ about playing for Barcelona | OneFootball

La Liga giants Barcelona have this week received some altogether positive news when it comes to the potential signing of Inter Milan star Alessandro Bastoni.

This comes amid confirmation that the Italian international is fully convinced of the merits of a move to Catalunya’s capital.

The name of defender Bastoni has of course dominated the headlines in Barcelona for several weeks now.

Amid an ongoing search for reinforcements at the heart of defence, Deco and the Camp Nou brass are widely understood to have identified the 26-year-old as their priority target.

And as alluded to above, if the latest word stemming from the Spanish media is anything to go by, then interest in a joining of forces between the parties appears to be very much mutual.

As per a report from Mundo Deportivo:

‘Alessandro Bastoni is crazy about playing for FC Barcelona and is eager to close his signing quickly.’

It is also noted that Barcelona consider Bastoni’s signing as being ‘under control’, hopeful of closing the stopper’s signing for a fee in the region of €60 million.
