It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) at the Stadio Grande Torino.
Just a few days ago, the Granata beat Roma away in the Coppa Italia Round of 16 to progress to the quarter-finals.
Torino coach Marco Baroni is expected to start Cyril Ngonge and Ché Adams in attack today, leaving Giovanni Simeone on the bench. Adams scored a brace in Tuesday’s win at the Stadio Olimpico.

Roma have welcomed two new strikers this week, Robinio Vaz and Malen. The latter is expected to start up front today, according to several sources, including Sky Sport and Gazzetta.
Several Roma players are injured, including centre-forwards Artem Dovbyk and Evan Ferguson and attacking wingers Leon Bailey, Stephan El Shaarawy and Tommaso Baldanzi. Neil El Aynaoui is away on Morocco international duty for AFCON.
