After more than a month, AC Milan Women are back in action at home, ready to face Como Women on matchday 17 of Serie A Women. The Lariane have won their last three encounters, all with the same 1-0 scoreline, so the Rossonere will be on the hunt for redemption on Sunday in Fiorenzuola d'Arda. Here is our Match Preview.
LATEST FROM PUMA HOUSE OF FOOTBALL An incredible victory in Biella against Juventus has given the Rossonere momentum and hope again as they head into their showdown with the Lariane after a full week of training. There is very little separating the teams in the standings, just four points between third and eighth place, and a positive result could keep the race for a spot in Europe going. There is also promising news for Coach Bakker from the treatment room: the squad is almost back at full strength, with only Paola Zanini unavailable (while Mascarello is one booking away from suspension). This means there are several options for the starting XI and for the players who could come on and make an impact during the game, in which the team will wear the AC Milan x Puma x Slam Jam Fourth Kit.

LATEST FROM COMO WOMEN After a difficult start to 2026, earning just two points from four matches (a form that cost Coach Sottili his job), the Lariane are now unbeaten in three games, with clean sheets too. However, the goalless draw with Ternana Women felt like a minor setback after wins over Sassuolo (2-0) and Genoa (1-0). Now Paolo Tramezzani's side will also be working towards staying in the race for a European spot. Just like the Rossonere, Como Women have a close to fully-fit squad (with the Danish player Marcussen suspended), and the spotlight will be on Italy international Nischler, who was decisive in the reverse fixture.
