The powers that be at Sevilla have identified a member of the attacking ranks at La Liga rivals Espanyol as a leading transfer target for the summer of 2025.
That’s according to Relevo, who point towards Javi Puado as the player in question.
Frontman Puado, for his part, is fresh off a productive opening to the campaign in Barcelona.
All told, across Espanyol’s nine La Liga outings, the 26-year-old has featured from the off in all but one, impressing on his way to a haul of three goals.
And such endeavours, it would appear, have not gone at all unappreciated on the part of the board at the aforementioned Sevilla.
As per a report from Relevo, amid their search for attacking reinforcements for next season, Sevilla have earmarked Puado as a leading option.
The frontman’s Espanyol contract is due to expire in the summer of 2025, with the Nervionenses ‘closely following’ Puado with a view to a potential free agent swoop.
