Francisco Javier Garcia Pimienta will oversee the start of a new era at Sevilla this summer, although before signings can be targeted, departures need to be thought about. The big one for Los Nervionenses is Youssef En-Nesyri, who will almost certainly be leaving the club during the upcoming summer transfer window.

En-Nesyri only has a year left on his contract, and Sevilla have decided to cash in. They hope to make €20-25m from selling him, which would bankroll multiple new signings for Garcia Pimienta.

As per ED, Sevilla expect offers to start rolling in for En-Nesyri from the 1st of July, the official opening date for the summer transfer window in Spain. It is also at this time that clubs in Saudi Arabia will receive government funds that will be used for transfers, and it is from these teams that En-Nesyri is attracting the most interest.

En-Nesyri is also wanted in England and Türkiye, and Sevilla would certainly appreciate a bidding war, as it would only give up the price. For now, club officials have to wait for bids to be received.
