Shaw tops FA Cup top scoring charts among WSL clubs | OneFootball

Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw has finished as the 2025/26 FA Cup's joint-top goal scorer since WSL teams entered the competition in Round Four.

The City striker, who less than a week ago confirmed she will be staying in Manchester for four more years, grabbed our opener in a 4-0 triumph over Brighton & Hove Albion at Wembley.

Shaw’s effort drew her level with Chelsea forward Sam Kerr on five goals, with strikes from Alex Greenwood, Aoba Fujino and Vivianne Miedema sealing a first FA Cup trophy for City since November 2020.

The top scorer across the entirety of the 2025/26 FA Cup was Sammy Rowland, with the Leyton Orient forward placing the match ball on the plinth ahead of kick-off in the final to celebrate her accomplishment.

But since Round Four, Shaw has once again topped the scoring charts, opening her account with the opener in a 6-0 win over Bournemouth.

In the following round, the Jamaica international was rested for our 4-0 win over Sheffield United before returning for City’s quarter-final trip to Birmingham City.

She fired City through with an eighth-minute strike in the West Midlands, before grabbing another two in the semi-finals.

City looked set to exit the prestigious competition at the penultimate hurdle with as we trailed by two goals with less than five minutes of normal time to play against holders Chelsea.

But another strike from Shaw, after Mary Fowler’s clinical effort, forced extra time before the Jamaican headed home to make it 3-2 on 103 minutes.

And to complete the campaign, her strike against Brighton took her tally to five in the FA Cup, and 27 in all competitions for 2025/26.
