Anel Ahmedhodzic price tag set

Anel Ahmedhodzic is one of Sheffield United’s key players, but could be set for a Bramall Lane exit this summer.

According to The Mirror, the centre-back is attracting interest from a number of high profile clubs like Chelsea, Atalanta and Napoli.

It has been claimed that Sheffield United are looking for at least £20 million for the Bosnian in order to be convinced of a sale.

Ahmedhodzic signed for the Blades in the summer of 2022, arriving from Swedish giants Malmo FF.

According to Turkish outlet Milliyet, the Scot is generating transfer interest from Trabzonspor ahead of the summer window opening later this month.

The 28-year-old is set to be a free agent this summer unless an agreement can be reached over a new deal with the Yorkshire outfit.

This has caught the attention of Trabzonspor, who are interested in strengthening their attacking options for next season.

Loanee Paul Onuachu is set to return to Southampton, with no agreement yet reached on a potential permanent deal.
