Football League World provides a round-up of all the latest Sheffield Wednesday takeover news
Sheffield Wednesday remain in administration for now, but prospective owner David Storch remains determined to complete his takeover by 1 May.
The Owls' miserable campaign was summarised when they were relegated from the Championship to League One via a 2-1 defeat against Steel City rivals Sheffield United in February.
Wednesday suffered further heartache when former preferred bidder James Bord's takeover deal collapsed, which ensured they remained in administration for longer.
However, the South Yorkshire outfit are seemingly heading in the right direction again, with Storch closer than ever to completing his transaction.
Football League World has rounded up all the latest takeover news at Wednesday.

Former Owls owner Dejphon Chansiri remains a widely hated figure among the Wednesday fan base, having plunged the Hillsborough club into administration.
Meanwhile, as per EFL guidance, Wednesday would be set to be deducted 15 points next term, as Storch's bid was not enough to pay creditors 25p in the pound.
However, Chansiri could help the South Yorkshire outfit avoid that fate by writing off the debts owed to him.
Posting on X, Storch wrote a statement that said: "A 15-point penalty is set to be imposed at the start of next season. We fundamentally disagree with this decision.
"We also requested the opportunity for this matter to be reviewed through independent arbitration, going as far as offering to cover all associated legal costs ourselves in the interest of transparency and fairness. That request has been denied.
"This is deeply frustrating, not just for us, but for everyone who cares about the future of Sheffield Wednesday. What makes this situation particularly difficult is that it is entirely unique.
"A significant portion of the club's debt sits with its former owner, Dejphon Chansiri, who has not agreed to write down or restructure that debt.
"We have made repeated attempts, through the administrators, to engage with Mr Chansiri in order to find a constructive resolution. Those requests have gone unanswered."
However, reporting via Patreon, Alan Nixon revealed that the ex-Wednesday owner is open to talks with Storch's Arise consortium, and could reach an agreement that may eliminate the 15-point punishment.

Storch and Co will need to make key decisions at Hillsborough Stadium upon the completion of their takeover, including appointing their own board members, as well as overseeing a transfer window that could make the Owls competitive in League One next season.
Wednesday supporters will be desperate to see strong recruitment this summer, as their last two transfer windows have been incredibly difficult, as they have witnessed prominent departures such as that of Josh Windass and Barry Bannan.
Ellis was previously a senior scout at Fulham, suggesting that he could help the Owls recruit well ahead of their upcoming League One season.

Appointing the former Arsenal technical director is not the only change the South Yorkshire outfit are set to make to their hierarchy this summer, should Storch's takeover go through as planned.
The Sheffield Star have reported that the Owls have lined up David Bruce, who is set to leave his role as Sunderland's business chief, as their next CEO.
Bruce has been with the Black Cats since the summer of 2023, and played his part in the North East outfit's return to the Premier League, after they previously languished in League One and the Championship.
Should Storch complete his takeover by May, he will only be subject to the EFL's Owners' and Directors' Test, but if the transaction isn't done by next month, he will also have to undergo the Independent Football Regulator's checks.
