Footage of Lorent Tolaj's post-red card outburst has emerged on social media, which could land the striker in even more trouble.
Footage has emerged on social media of Lorent Tolaj slicing a ball out of the stadium after being sent off in Plymouth Argyle's 3-0 defeat to Northampton Town on Saturday, which could land him in further trouble.
The Pilgrims played their first home match in over a month on Saturday after a string of six-consecutive away trips, but their homecoming was firmly gatecrashed by Northampton, who ran out convincing winners in an eventful contest.
Argyle paid the price for not taking their chances in the first half when Tom Eaves looped in an exceptional headed effort just before the hour mark, which was just the beginning of Tom Cleverley's side's self-implosion.
Just over five minutes later, star striker Tolaj was shown a straight red card for an elbow on his man in an off the ball incident. After his dismissal, the Swiss forward marched back to the tunnel furiously, exchanging words with Kevin Nolan and smashing a spare ball out of the stadium.
Footage of the incident was captured by a Northampton supporter in the away end, which makes you wonder whether Tolaj may face further repercussions for his outburst than just the three-match ban for his straight red.

Tensions were high at Home Park all afternoon, as the Green Army were desperate to secure three points against a side that also started the day towards the foot of the League One table, and try to string together a run of good form after a dismal October.
Plymouth started the match well, and had plenty of chances to grab the lead, but they simply couldn't find the opening goal in the first half, and would pay the ultimate price for not taking their chances.
After Eaves opened the scoring with his spectacular header just 15 minutes into the second half, key player Tolaj was shown a straight red card for elbowing his marker in the face off the ball, giving Argyle a mountain to climb.
However, Tolaj's fury didn't stop there, as he marched his way around the pitch, exchanging some furious words with Cobblers boss Nolan in front of the away dugout before smashing a spare ball towards the away end, which thankfully flew out of the stadium.
The latter part of the 24-year-old's outburst was caught on camera and posted to social media by a travelling Northampton supporter, which showed the number nine slipping over after smashing a spare ball between Barn Park End and the Mayflower Stand.
Both managers later condemned Tolaj's outburst, with Cleverley stating that he was 'really disappointed' with his number nine after addressing that Northampton were trying to provoke him at half-time.
Nolan echoed the disappointment, particularly for his opposite number, stating that Tolaj had 'badly let down' Cleverley at a crucial time in the match with his antics.
Now, the question of how long Plymouth will be without their top scorer is on everyone's lips, as his post-sending off outburst could land him in even further trouble than just a three-match ban.

It's fair to say that any match without Tolaj is far from ideal for Plymouth, and now they will face at least the next three without his services, which are fixtures against Leyton Orient in the EFL Trophy, Bradford City, and Wycombe Wanderers.
However, the striker could well face further disciplinary action for what he did after his sending off, as he displayed serious unprofessionalism and even could've endangered supporters had the ball he kicked travelled into the stands.
All clubs have an internal code of conduct, and externally, the FA and EFL will likely conduct an investigation into Tolaj's behavior, and either party could potentially issue further sanctions against the striker should they conclude what he did was gross misconduct.
Those sanctions could either be a fine, which is the most likely case internally, or further matches added to his ban from the FA, which would come as a massive blow for the Greens, who will have to go even longer without their main source of goals.
It's currently unclear whether this will be the case or not, but all connected with Argyle will certainly be nervous about the possibility of an extended ban for Tolaj, should he be found guilty of gross misconduct.
