La Liga giants Barcelona have on Thursday been afforded a boost on the personnel front.
This comes amid confirmation that youngster Lamine Yamal has returned to group training alongside the rest of the club’s squad.
Wide-man Lamine has for his part been sidelined for several weeks now, owing to an ankle injury suffered during a La Liga meeting with Leganés.
Speculation had initially pointed towards New Year’s Day as a potential return date for the 17-year-old to the training pitch, but, upon Hansi Flick’s troops being put through their paces, Lamine was nowhere to be seen.
All associated with Barcelona will, in turn, no doubt be delighted to hear that, this morning, the club’s attacking sensation was back in the thick of things at The Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
Lamine is not expected to feature in the Blaugrana’s upcoming Copa del Rey meeting with Barbastro, but should be available for selection in the Spanish Super Cup, set to be kicked into gear on January 8th.
