Skov Olsen departs Wolfsburg for medical in Glasgow

Sky Germany are aware that Andreas Skov Olsen has already packed his belongings and left VfL Wolfsburg.

The 26-year-old, who joined from Club Brugge in 2025, was not included in Wolfsburg’s squad for Sunday’s 8-1 defeat to Bayern Munich.

The versatile Danish winger is said to be on his way for his medical with Rangers FC, whom he has been heavily linked with recently.

An agreement over a loan deal until the end of the season between the Scottish Premiership side and Wolfsburg is in place.

The deal is set to become official from both club soon after Rangers coach Danny Röhl was pushing for the move.

Skov Olsen will join a list of famous Danish stars who represented the Glasgow side, including Brian Laudrup and Peter Løvenkrands.
